Need Expert Help--How do I Install a new thermostat for a oil-burning furnace that does NOT use forced air? - honeywell radiator thermostat

We moved into an old house that has spread an oil furnace, the heat via a radiator instead of forced air. The existing thermostat is working, but hard to read and set timer for what he was trying to install a new thermostat, thermostat can not be preserved and at work. We have a Honeywell, which is a bug b / c they do not provide support on weekends and your page may have been his, is also down. Moreover, we have fully charged rechargeable batteries in the thermostat again, but kept the battery icon flashes, but since they are not old are now working, I do not know if this is the real problem. I am very nervous, and we can not help you until Monday if you pay the emergency expenses. A real help would be very grateful, thank you.
