I have a DVD burner Cyberhome dvr1200. I bought it at Christmas. About three or 4 months, he started me problems where woudent some discs. Now I can play almost anything. He says no CD. Even if I try a blank CD, the recording says no disc. From time to time, if I mess, and try 20 or 30 times they could play. Anyonelse had this problem? Everwhere I am looking for customer service. via the Internet, including your website, and I can not find him. Please help Thanks Todd
